We are seeking **Data Entry Assistant**that can work in our lab located in **Richmond.**
We looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills who is **extremely detail oriented**. You must also have **excellent communication skills**and able to **work quickly under pressure, in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment**. Previous experience with Kroll would be considered an asset.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Accurately and efficiently enter prescription and compound orders into the pharmacy’s processing software (Kroll)
- Ensure the accuracy of entered data by cross-checking information for completeness and correctness according to regulatory requirements
- Maintain comprehensive records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and inventory using pharmacy management software
- Coordinate with pharmacists to clarify prescription details or resolve discrepancies
- At all times maintaining highest standards of quality customer service for all our customers
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and confidentiality guidelines in handling patient information
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist on duty.
**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- Prior work experience in a community pharmacy or have completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program helpful but not required
- Comfortable with technology and computers, ability to learn new software efficiently
- Experienced typist, comfortable with maintaining roughly 60 WPM while being accurate
- Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude, takes initiative
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Kroll computer experience is an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
