**Job Title**:
Office Clerk

**Company Background**:
Precise Pipe is a multi-national steel manufacturer and distributor that owns two seamless mills and holds half a million metric ton inventory from reputable mills across the globe.

Its sales offices cover Vancouver, Calgary, Houston, Dubai, Shanghai, and Mumbai, helping our distributors to secure reliable carbon steel and stainless pipe supply for piling, line pipes, OCTG, mechanical, and boilers.

**About this Position**:
We seek an experienced Office Clerk stationed at our Vancouver office.
- Organize and review documents related to company products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of parameters.
- Research and locate various technical documents as needed.
- Enter and verify data accurately in company databases and systems.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as required.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement with followers.
- Responsible for all other related data entry tasks.

**Requirement**:

- Proficient in both English and Chinese communication.
- Detail-oriented with a conscientious approach to tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in materials engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in office administration or data entry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
