The Accounting Clerk performs and assists with several general accounting support tasks within the Accounting Department.
- Compiles accounting data and prepares a variety of accounting reports
- Performs data entry and spreadsheet calculations
- Assists the AP/AR clerk with incoming invoices and outgoing credits
- Becomes familiar with food and beverage standard concepts, practices and procedures
- Will cross train with the AP Clerk
- Will cross train with the Inventory Clerk
- This position is on-site

**Skills and Other Requirements**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in general accounting or other accounting functions
- Experience and working knowledge with Excel spreadsheets and data entry
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude to support our culture and work environment
- Communication (verbal and written), organization, and follow up skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, effectively prioritize assigned job duties, and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to support various operations work activities during busy seasons
- Service oriented approach is essential to support all team members
