Revv Amplification Inc. is a manufacturer in the Music Instrument industry, that specializes in designing and manufacturing guitar amplifiers, and effects pedals. Our products are used by artists all over the world at live concert events, and in recording studios. We work with dealers and distribution partners in over 25 countries, with 300+ locations stocking our products.

**The Opportunity**

**The Team**

The role will report directly to the V.P. Sales & Marketing, and will be an integral member of the marketing, and in house media team.

**Responsibilities**
- Ongoing maintenance and content authoring of the website.
- Work to conduct market research to inform and drive digital strategies
- Analyze, measure and surface key insights from engagement metrics and analytics to drive digital funnel optimization
- Assist with and work collaboratively with any and all digital marketing vendors, media agencies and content production partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing content development. Preference given to B2B organization experience, music industry, and ability to play guitar is a plus.
- Experience managing the design, implementation and maintenance of website, web content and digital initiatives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly to our team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches.
- Must be comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth environments.
- Must be a sincere collaborator who can ‘team’ across functions and regions in pursuit of company business goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, teamwork, and collaborative skills, highly motivated and results driven.
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Google analytics, shopify analytics, or relevant analytics experience
- Experience with design programs (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator) a plus
- Experience with Wordpress a plus

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
