We are looking for our next **Digital Merchandiser** to join our eCommerce team. In this role you will be responsible for managing product data, ensuring quality control and accuracy. You will oversee the placement of images within product details and execute cross-selling tactics. Additionally, you will manage the launch of new products, the deactivation of discontinued ones, product feeds and product reviews.

**In this role you will**:

- Oversee the accuracy and quality management of product data using eCommerce CMS and PIM systems
- Ensure product content, including imagery placement within product details, is optimized for sales
- Implement personalization and ranking strategies using tools like Algolia and Dynamic Yield to enhance product visibility and conversion rates
- Manage the launch of new products and the deactivation of discontinued products to maintain a fresh and relevant product offering
- Update prices, badging and promotions in accordance with the company’s promotional event calendar
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to reflect ongoing promotions and offers across the website
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to maintain product visibility across all social commerce and digital marketing channels
- Manage product feeds via Feedonomics to Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and 3rd party platforms
- Manage product reviews using Bazaarvoice, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively monitored, moderated, and utilized to enhance the customer experience and product offerings on site
- Analyze performance reports to monitor sales trends, customer engagement, and the effectiveness of personalization strategies
- Use insights to adjust product placements and personalization efforts accordingly

**Qualifications** The Qualifications and Experience with like to see**:

- University degree in Marketing, finance, business or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position and or in merchandising in a retail environment
- Thorough knowledge of the ecommerce and related sale, marketing, merchandising and fulfillment functions
- Experience with personalization and product discovery tools such as Algolia and Dynamic Yield is preferred
- Expertise with cross-channel platforms and demonstrated experience integrating digital merchandising efforts across various platforms
- Demonstrated experience in quality control
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decision based on data to optimize eCommerce performance
- Advanced skills in Excel: formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables and macro have no secrets for you
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in autonomy and be self-driven while taking initiatives
- English written and spoken is mandatory, French-English bilingualism is an asset
