We are looking for someone creative, with a great attitude, analytical, and technical skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within our team. An individual also able to create visual concepts and designs for a wide range of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing creative concepts and visual designs that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Using software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create digital designs and layouts for print and web.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Analyzing data to identify customer behavior and preferences and using this information to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Implementing and optimizing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Managing paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and reporting on key metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design, such as creating designs for print and web.
- Technical skills in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Analytical skills to measure and analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with Hubspot.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to create clear and concise messaging for digital marketing campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
