**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the property.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the establishment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning practices, with a strong understanding of various cleaning techniques and products.
- Previous hotel experience is essential, with a focus on hospitality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness in a hospitality environment while leading a dedicated team.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
