**Job Description**:
As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and Assisting Visitors:

- Warmly welcome clients, guests, and employees as they arrive at the office.
- Provide information and directions as needed.
- Managing Phone Calls:

- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Take messages and relay important information accurately.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Address inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Office Maintenance:

- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
