Morty’s Driving School is a trusted and busy driving school located in Kirkland, on the West Island of Montreal. We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated individual to temporarily fill the role of Office Administrator during a maternity leave.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling driving lessons and coordinating instructor availability using online scheduling tools
- General office tasks including filing, data entry, and customer service
- Assisting walk-in clients and supporting instructors as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **3-5 years of office experience** is required
- Proven ability to handle a **high volume of customer service interactions**:
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Must maintain a **professional and polite demeanor at all times**:
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- This position is **not suitable for students**
