We are looking for a administrative assistante for a temporary, 3 months contract (with possibility of extension). You will be working for our quality assurance department. As a admistrative assistante, you will be responsible for ensuring the department's document management in relation to regulatory standards.

**DUTIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be responsible for maintaining Quality procedures for the identification, modification, and distribution of site documents.
- Maintain document management, participation in the development and deployment of document control tools.
- Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for Quality records. Update quality assurance databases.
- Provide administrative support to the Quality and Regulatory team and assist with document verification. (Photocopies, scans, and files documents)
- Perform data entry, create tables, and write various documents for the Quality team.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Office training (or any equivalent training).
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to write in English and French.
- Good knowledge of GMP, document management and quality systems (an asset)

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- 3- months Temporary position, full time, 37.5 hrs./week.
- Salary: to be discussed according to experience.
- Flexible schedule (between 7:30 and 5:30)
