**Le rôle**:

- Assister et soutenir la planification et la coordination des projets de fabrication, depuis leur lancement jusqu'à leur achèvement.
- Maintenir une documentation précise sur les projets, y compris les contrats, les calendriers et les rapports.
- Suivre l'avancement du projet et les échéances, en veillant à ce que les jalons soient respectés.
- Planifier et coordonner les réunions, préparer les ordres du jour et rédiger les procès-verbaux.
- Soutenir les activités d'approvisionnement en assurant la liaison avec les fournisseurs
- gérer des tâches administratives telles que la saisie de données et la préparation de rapports.

**Vous serez**:

- Organisé(e) et capable de gérer des priorités multiples.
- Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Un grand souci du détail et des capacités de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.

**Exigences**:

- 2+ années d'expérience en administration de projets, de préférence dans un environnement industriel ou manufacturier.
- Être situé à Montréal et être capable de se rendre à notre bureau de Kirkland, il s'agit d'un poste au bureau.
- Parler couramment l'anglais (écrit et parlé) et avoir un niveau fonctionnel de français écrit et parlé.

**The Role**:

- Assist and support in the planning and coordinating of manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules and reports.
- Track project progress and deadlines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Support procurement activities by liaising with suppliers
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and report preparation.

**You will be**:

- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in project administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Be located within Montreal and able to commute to our office in Kirkland, this is an in-office role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and functional level of French written and spoken.

Pay: $55,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
