**Position Overview - Administrative & Sales Support**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team in an **Administration & Sales Support** role. This position combines key administrative responsibilities with front-line customer service and sales support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support appliance sales through product knowledge and consultation
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Order, receive, and manage inventory
- Handle accounts receivable and related administrative tasks
- Assist sales staff and the General Manager with daily operations
- Process and track parts orders
- Generate invoices and perform accurate data entry
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional workplace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and administrative systems
- Proactive team player who can also work independently
- Previous experience in administration, sales, or a related role is an asset
- Ability to handle customer complaints positively, ensuring a win-win outcome.

**Pay**: Competitive hourly rate with the potential to earn more with **bonus commissions**.

**Shift**: Day shifts, including some weekends
**Work Days**: 5 days per week, including Some Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
**Work Location**: In person - Mainly at our Barlow Trail SE location with the ability to fill in at our Bowness Road NW location when required.
