**The Role**:
The Clinic Manager plays a critical role within FYidoctors and is crucial for coaching staff on processes, programs, products and ongoing education. You will become fully cross-trained to assist staff with patient service and sales. Not only that but you are truly business-minded and know how to take strategic business goals and turn them into outstanding results.

This position is a **full-time, permanent** role working **40 hours** per week.

**What Will You Be Doing?**

Fostering collaboration and teamwork among practice staff

Building trust and commitment with your workgroup

Training, development and coaching of staff to FYidoctors processes, programs, and products

Delivering legendary customer service

Setting and obtaining clinic revenue goals

Hiring, onboarding and training of new staff

Scheduling of staff/doctors

AR/AP

Benefits submissions and tracking

Banking deposits and reconciliations

Inventory management

All leadership aspects of daily clinic operations

**What Do You Bring?**

Minimum two years experience in a customer service focused retail environment

Minimum one-year experience in a coaching or leadership role

Experience in an optical environment is an asset

Excellent organization and time management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities via critical thought and problem solving

A reputation for delivering results through successful people management

General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
