**Job Summary**:
Solange Medical Aesthetics is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical spa. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for managing the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. This role combines leadership, operational management, and clinical expertise to ensure the smooth and effective operation of all aesthetic and medical services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Operations Management**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all clinical and aesthetic services, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
- T**eam Leadership**:
Manage, mentor, and support a team of medical aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and team cohesion.
- **Client Care Oversight**:
Ensure that clients receive exceptional care, from consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations, health and safety standards, and medical protocols. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to sanitation and sterilization practices.
- **Staff Training and Development**:
Organize and facilitate ongoing training and professional development for clinical staff to stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and technologies.
- I**nventory and Equipment Management**:
Oversee the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of clinical supplies and equipment. Ensure that all devices are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
- **Collaboration with Medical Director**:
Work closely with the Medical Director to implement new services, update treatment protocols, and ensure alignment with medical guidelines.
- **Client Consultations and Treatment Plans**:
Assist with complex client consultations and develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with medical professionals and aestheticians.
- **Budgeting and Financial Oversight**:*

Monitor clinic budgets, manage expenses related to clinical operations, and ensure profitability through effective resource management.
- **Performance Metrics**:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical operations, client satisfaction, and staff productivity. Implement strategies to improve clinical efficiency and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Healthcare Management, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or medical spa environment, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures.
- Proven ability to lead and manage clinical teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a clinical setting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with laser technologies, injectables (Botox, fillers), and advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Experience in a previous managerial role in an aesthetics or healthcare field preferred
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software.
- Certification or experience in specific aesthetic devices or treatments (preferred but not mandatory).
