We’ll rely on you to turn strategy into effective campaigns that generate leads, create brand awareness and deliver results. As the Marketing Assistant you will:

- ** Develop assets for multichannel campaigns.** You’ll work with our Marketing team and across departments and functions to build and bring digital campaigns to life You know that data-driven decision making and being agile are the keys to successful conversion.
- ** Create** **content & assets**. You’ll lean into your strategic brand voice and work collaboratively with the team to produce stunning content and engaging copy to capture and convey our voice across various channels.
- ** Got swag(ger)?** We rely on our creative team to come up with new ideas for collateral that we activate at our events, with partners, and along the sales journey. Help us differentiate our products with fun swag and collateral that builds our already awesome brand.
- ** Event management**. We have amazing products and we like to show them off You’ll leverage your impeccable attention to detail as you provide end-to-end support for our sales team at an impressive number of trades shows across North America and internationally.
- ** Feeling social?** With guidance and support from the team, you’ll help define the voices for our social media accounts to ensure they are distinct, authentic, engaging, and geared toward our unique audiences and partners.
- ** Delve** **into** **the** **details**. You know what to measure and how to measure it and are comfortable reporting key metrics to our leadership team. You’ll also be responsible for reconciling expenses incurred by our marketing efforts and help keep the team on time and on budget
- ** Build** **relationships**. You know when and where opportunities are coming, and constantly network to make sure MAKR is always top of mind with potential customers.
- ** Get bonus points** if you have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, CMS and HTML and CRMs.
