**Required Skills**:

- Proven self-motivation, ability to work well with minimum supervision.
- Experience capturing action and lifestyle photos and videos.
- Competent skier/snowboarder.
- Comfortable, articulate and presentable on camera.
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills are essential.
- Comfortable working with a diverse team, in wide range of indoor an outdoor conditions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, early mornings and statutory holidays.
- Team player with great visual, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain brand standards across all channels maintained by Big White Ski Resort.
- Ability to assist with organizing and scheduling photo/video shoots with Big White's Marketing team and partners.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and proven ability to provide successful content support on Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools as they relate to photography, videography and audio editing is an asset.
- Possessing your own photo & video equipment is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture photos and videos as required by the marketing department - action, lifestyle, food & beverage, event, lodging, scenic.
- Coordinate with 3rd party/contracted photo and video talent when required.
- Prepare scripts, storyboard concepts and edit assets in line with project goals and resort brand.
- Produce quick, same day turnaround content.
- Work with Marketing Team to produce photo & video assets to compliment advertising campaigns.
- Work with the Resort Services team and the Marketing Team to produce photo & video assets which accurately represent the products available for purchase at the resort.
- Ensure relevant sponsors are represented in assets produced when appropriate/required.
- Uphold the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.
- Maintain a task list and photo & video production calendar representing all photo & video projects in company project management tool.
- Follow and maintain a master shot list tracking need assets and completed projects.
- Assist in maintaining photo and video b-roll libraries on Dropbox.
- Support marketing department with social media channel moderation and participation.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of model apparel.
- Manage model release forms, from securing the signatures to the archive of signed documents.
- Comply with all department and company policies, procedures, and uniform requirements.
- Work within parameters of agreed upon work schedule, completing projects by defined deadlines.
- When above responsibilities are met, be available to provide support to the Guest Service Team as needed.

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to sit, stand and ski/snowboard for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry gear and equipment necessary to fulfill duties.
- Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill duties.
- Requires grasping, using tools, writing, standing, sitting, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
