**JOB SUMMARY**
Since this is an entry level position, training will be provided.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issue purchase orders and monitor timely completion
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers
- Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers
- Managing relationships with existing suppliers
- Coordinating with other departments to determine purchasing needs
- Reviewing purchase orders and contracts
- Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels and reordering as needed
- Smaller related Ad Hoc tasks.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a vehicle and valid driving license
- Good with Microsoft Excel and Words
- Good with numbers (Math) as the job does require occasional calculations and reporting.
- Past experience in a similar role is helpful, but not a must
**HOURS**
