CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of Class 1 and 3 Driver recruitment experience
- Experience creating recruitment plans, talent pools and sourcing strategies
- Experience with complex employee relations issues
- Experience working alongside divisional managers to complete processes and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle recruitment
- Researching and creating innovative sourcing techniques
- Collaborating with managers to create job advertisements

- Participate in recruitment fairs
- Use social media tools to identify, attract and hire talent
- Build relationships externally and internally
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- General HR Administration
- Provide support to employees and managers/ employee relations issues
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR Metrics to work towards improvements
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource polices and procedures
- Ensure compliance of employment and Vertex standards
- Travel to locations to collaborate with Operation Managers
