**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
- Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
- Will be responsible for staffing related metrics which are reviewed per business line
- Will coach less experienced team members
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources preferred
- Obtained or working towards CPHR and/or RPR designations preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly adaptable and have the ability to manage a requisition load that is cyclical and fast paced
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking System preferred
- Ability to work in a high stress fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently within a team centric environment with mínimal guidance
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Ability to use creative and analytical thinking for problem solving
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve service to hiring community
- Proactively searches for additional training for self-development to remain current in respective field
