CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Recruitment education is an asset
- Ability to be self-motivated and enjoys a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Ability to manage time and deliver results to various business units with competing priorities
- Relationship building capabilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills; HRIS systems experience is an asset
- Knowledge of recruitment employment law
- Excellent analytical and problem, solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle recruitment
- Researching and creating innovative sourcing techniques
- Collaborating with managers to create job advertisements
- Create screening and interview guides based on the needs of the role
- Conduct screens and interviews
- Participate in recruitment fairs
- Use social media tools to identify, attract and hire talent
- Build relationships externally and internally
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- General HR Administration
- Gather and analyze recruitment data with useful HR Metrics to work towards improvements
- Ensure compliance of employment and Vertex standards
- Travel to locations to collaborate with Operation Managers

- This position will be based out of our Sherwood Park location
