_**BIS Safety Software**_ is a fast-paced, high-growth software company providing solutions for the safety industry - a tech company that helps keep people safe at work. We are expanding our team and seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture department.

This role is focused on recruiting, and we are looking for someone amazing to reach out to and connect with potential new team members - focusing on attracting top talent into our talent pools, as well as building and maintaining talent pipelines of great people who could be an amazing fit for our team in the future. While this will be your primary focus, you will also be involved in a variety of other related People and Culture activities in the area of recruitment.

This role is an in-person position in our Sherwood Park office.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or similar field is considered an asset
- Strong computing skills with experience using an ATS as well as MS Office products such as Excel, Word and Sharepoint. Most important is the ability to learn other programs quickly
