**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
- Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
- Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
- Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Timely completion of all sales administration.

**Requirements**:

- Technical Degree, Masters, or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: electrical, business engineering, mechanical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
- MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
- 5 years relevant experience
- Specific knowledge in the automation, electrical, electronic, or pneumatic segments
- Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster

Pay: $71,000.00-$106,000.00 per year
