**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Support & HR Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, basic bookkeeping, and assisting with communication between parents, students, and our team. The position will also include some HR duties, making this a great opportunity for those with experience in human resources and administration.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and office management
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
- Work collaboratively within our team to ensure smooth operations
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and record-keeping
- Be a point of contact for neurodivergent individuals, providing empathetic, understanding, and supportive interactions

**Skills**:

- Proven experience with Excel, office booking software, and general office tools
- Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative roles preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be a “people person” who enjoys being around neurodivergent individuals
- Willing to undergo a criminal record check
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Information
- This position is NOT remote.
- Hour align with school schedules, with breaks during most school holidays.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
