We are currently seeking an Administrative Services Manager for any of our offices located in Sault Ste. Marie, Sudbury, Dryden, North Bay, Timmins, Hamilton, Peterborough, Toronto, or Ottawa.

**Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following**:

- Supervise staff productivity: benchmark, analyze and report on team productivity levels such as quantity of calls, work orders created and other monthly measurables;
- Support OAHS’s mission and vision and make significant contributions to the achievement of the corporate strategic plan;
- Responsible for managing primary administrative services and ensure procedures are organized, correspondence systems maintained, filing systems are designed for easy accessibility, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored;
- Provide leadership, training and coaching for all reception focused roles including administrative and technical staff;
- Oversee the answering phones and associated quality assurance for OAHS main line and maintenance calls;
- Responsible for co-ordination of phone system messaging and call forwarding related to OAHS maintenance and main phone lines outside of business hours and holiday closures;
- Ensure Administrative staff have access to information on various programs offered by OAHS in relation to general tenant inquiries;
- Oversee the supply management of office supplies (tissue, water, cleaning products, photocopy supplies, paper, pens etc.);
- Oversee updating and tracking of office expenditures (supplies, equipment);
- Working Supervision: Assist in day to day tasks of all Administrative tasks such as invoicing, maintenance line, clerical duties and other as needed;
- Organize and maintain corporate office filing and coordinate disposal of files in compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements;
- Oversee OAHS office seating and parking plans to ensure adequate office space and setting for all employees;
- Other duties as assigned.
- College diploma in a business or administrative program or related experience;
- CIH certification to be considered an asset;
- Other combination of education and experience may be considered;
- Knowledge of and an appreciation for Indigenous culture and demonstrated values that focus on assisting people;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in an administration, call center, property management experience;
- Experience operating Business Management Systems for tasks such as Work Order, client cards, bill creation, tenant flags, etc.
- Experience working with or managing vehicle fleets, maintenance, GPS tracking, etc. to be considered an asset;
- Administrative experience such as co-ordinating mail, filing systems, phone systems and other general administrative duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other software products
- Understanding of all OAHS departments and geographic layout of OAHS units and offices across Ontario to be considered an asset.
