**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions to secure favorable financing for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial transactions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of financing options into the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.
- Utilize strong math skills to analyze financial data and prepare reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may affect dealership operations.

**Experience**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive dealership doing finance
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Self motivated and driven attitude to succeed and push yourself to excel past targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with bank associates in a professional manner, understand bank guidelines, and learn how to negotiate bank terms
- Result driven and career-focused individuals with a strong desire and work ethic move to the front of the line

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
