As Account Investigations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful recovery of company assets and/or client information while maintaining privacy laws. This position will ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and programs across the Recovery Department.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High School Diploma
- Strong Computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Detail oriented and strong organization skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work as an individual as well as a team setting.
- Leadership skills
- Investigation skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, databases regulations, and legal parameters.
- Contribute to a reduction in loan losses by locating information to recover assets and locate client’s current information while minimizing associated expenses.
- Ensure all external costs across the department generate a positive recovery.
- Knowledgeable and a resource in PPSA, RSLA, and all laws associated with the investigation and recovery of assets across Canada.
- Other related duties as assigned.
