**We are currently looking for a Specialty Finance Manager with previous Dealership and Finance experience We are looking for someone with experience in either prime or sub-prime automotive finance who could help customer secure approvals, rebuild credit, and get back on the road while generating strong revenue for the dealership.**

**Responsibilities including, but not limited to**:

- **Supporting the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success**:

- **Maintaining and developing excellent customer service skills**:

- **Demonstrating knowledge of all products offered**:

- **Calling banks and maximizing the offering approved by the financial institution**:

- **Collecting stipulations required by the bank for funding**:

- **Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership**:

- **Administrative duties as required by the department**

**Skills and Attributes**:

- **Strong leadership and team building skills**:

- **Knowledge of prime and sub-prime markets**:

- **Demonstrated knowledge of contracts**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines**:

- **Self-driven, motivated**:

- **Must have/obtain valid AMVIC license**:

- **Minimum 1 year automotive industry (required)**:

- **Minimum 1 year automotive finance (required)**:

- **Minimum 3 years sales experience (required)**

Pay: $48,166.03-$200,000.00 per year
