**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment.
- Operate equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts to load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored in their designated locations.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines and improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP software is a plus.
- Ability to operate order picking equipment, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and warehouse distribution best practices is desirable.
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
