We are seeking a new team member that’s proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter, responsible, committed, able to follow directions as well as able to identify areas for improvement and implement them in a timely manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes and operations, including thorough inspections for quality defects, proper documentation, product rotation, inventory checks, etc.
- Optimize the movement of goods and supplies in the facility in support of the Production / Operations teams.
- Ensure an efficient warehouse operation having all racks organized, clean, and efficiently used to optimize space.
- Support in overseeing all maintenance requirements within the warehouse including forklifts, pallet jacks, pre-op checklists, etc.
- Support in overseeing the handling of raw materials, finished products, packaging materials, frozen goods, etc.
- Proficiently operate warehouse equipment such as electric power jacks, counterbalance forklift & 25 ft. high/deep reach narrow aisle forklift (experience required)
- Handle frozen goods and ability to work in cold storage.
- Works towards the attainment of operational goals, objectives and standards without compromising safety and quality.
- Support in inventory management ensuring accuracy and daily checks in the ERP system as well as by physical counts (cycle counts are conducted regularly and reconciled with ERP system).
- Ability to follow best practices at all times, in alignment with the vision, values and policies of our company.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Hold a Class 1 Forklift license required (25 ft. high/deep reach narrow aisle forklift as well as counterbalance forklift).
- A strong ability to work well with others and share our core values, embracing a diverse, inclusive, and engaged workforce.
- 1 - 2 years of warehouse experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).

We’re looking for an organized individual, effective prioritization and time management skills, as well as good interpersonal and strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Experience with an ERP: inventory control systems is a bonus.
- Fluency in Punjabi is a bonus but not required.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
