**Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator**

**JOB TITLE**:
Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:

- Head office position located in Ottawa, Ontario
- Support sales and marketing efforts in the assigned territories: USA, Canada & Latin America
- Articulate the Raytec message and drive brand awareness through engagement and training
- Provide support and build relationships with our existing integration, distribution and OEM partners as required
- Support, drive and maintain sales opportunity pipeline with required reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service & support to our customers

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- General product knowledge
- Sales related questions
- Purchasing related questions (PO status and/or amendments, inventory stock status, pricing)
- Proactively communicate with existing and potential customers to promote the sales of our products
- Help to update and maintain the content on the Raytec website and associated micro-sites together with on-line advertising, promotion and search-engine optimization.
- Use digital media to provide training to Raytec’s global customers including webinars and training videos.
- A good all-round knowledge of marketing, an interest in new media and strong organization and planning skills.
- Organize and co-ordinate the trade show activity
- Prepare sales and inventory analyses as needed
- Support external sales representatives with necessary product, literature, manufacturing, and customer information
- Attend sales and manufacturing meetings as needed, sometimes offsite
- Maintain and update price lists and distribute accordingly to customers/distributors/partners
- Manage orders and/or stock for all OEM accounts
- Assist with special projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Ability to manage and juggle several tasks concurrently, to prioritize and reorganize as required
- Quick thinking and responsive
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suites, esp. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Knowledge of Adobe CS and Quickbooks an asset
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and time constraints
- Works well with colleagues, collaborates and contributes to the team
- Also works well independently without constant supervision
- Spanish speaking would be an asset
