Celebright is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to help grow our footprint across North America. Based in Kanata, Celebright designs, manufactures and installs permanent holiday lighting systems. The Marketing Assistant will help facilitate marketing initiatives to grow the Celebright brand, both locally and internationally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Help Create marketing strategies and test campaigns for use in both Ottawa and throughout our North American dealer network
- Manage social media platforms and leverage them to grow our brand
- Gather, analyze and report analytics and marketing data
- Assist sales staff in dealer acquisition and support.
- Work with both new and existing dealers to create and implement marketing strategies and offer support.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, dealer network, and production.

- Ability to multi-task and be highly organized at the same time

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Strong social media knowledge using social media platforms, posting and engaging with customers

Compensation:

- Salary to be negotiated based on successful applicant's skill set and experience
- Bonus: annual bonus for company profit sharing

**Location**:

- Hybrid position with part time in office and part work from home.
- Office is located in Kanata

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
