Fireplace Sales Coordinator

As a fireplace sales coordinator, you will work along side our sales representatives meeting the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for processing the daily paperwork, following up with customers, booking installations and deliveries, as well as completing regular reports and audits.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Microsoft office proficiency (excel, word, outlook)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English, Bilingualism an asset
- Attention to detail
- An innovative team player that will work toward constant improvement
- Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**Daily**
- Processing work orders/contracts/countersales/work tickets
- Daily Sales Report for accounting
- Install paperwork to HFP Counter
- Booking installs & deliveries
- Follow up with customers for payments

**Weekly**
- Sales commission to payroll

**Monthly**
- Leads & Sales Reports
- Work Order Audits
- Order brochures/office supplies/printed materials
- Inventory for HF011 & SHOW1

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
