Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policy
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist in training development for new administrative staff
- Manage payroll processes and maintain employee records
- Coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Support human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Must have book keeping experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Training development experience
- Team management skills
- Payroll processing knowledge
- Proficiency in various administrative tasks including front desk operations, phone systems, clerical duties, and human resources functions
