Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage front office activities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling general inquiries.
- Perform cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents.
- Manage inventory, tracking stock levels, and coordinating necessary purchases.
- Handle day-to-day purchasing, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all procurement processes run smoothly.
- Carry out bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, further education in Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset.
- Proven experience in an office administration role, bookkeeping experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of bookkeeping software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
