**Office Administrator - National Carpentry Installation - NCI**
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our growing company at NCI.
NCI or National Carpentry Installation. is located in Winnipeg at 981 Main Street.
This is a FT role and involves working with office personnel and supporting all administrative tasks and requirements for the role.
**Key Responsibilities Details**
**Clerical Tasks -**This includes tasks like filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence.
**Scheduling**
Ability to use Quickbooks scheduling is required and is a large part of the role. Will train the right person for Quickbooks if needed.
**Administrative Support -**Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating activities, running errands,
**Office Management -**Maintaining office supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and reporting any problems with office equipment.
**Customer Service -**Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing general support, prepping invoices and paperwork for job status as well as greeting customers, taking orders for clients and contacting potential clients.
**Record Keeping -**Maintaining accurate records, updating files, and ensuring proper document security.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must have at least 3 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of google and/or microsoft software is required
- Demonstrated Customer service experience required
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Effective interpersonal skill with clients and team members is required
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Self motivated with a positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Preferred experience in a carpentry or other similar business
**Salary Range**: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
