Position Overview:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting the pharmacy team and project coordinators, maintaining a clean and tidy office space, managing inventory of merchandise and office supplies, and coordinating office projects. You will work closely with insurance companies, clients, and contractors to ensure efficient processing of insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the pharmacy and support teams and project coordinators, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment by performing regular cleaning tasks and ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
- Manage inventory of merchandise and office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Coordinate insurance projects by liaising with insurance companies, clients, and contractors to facilitate efficient processing and completion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Proficiency in Quickbooks Online is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$23.49 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
