Manufacturing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or the operations or production department of a manufacturing establishment
- Oversee the manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes and meet production targets
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement ad implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery products
- Manage and train a team of manufacturing personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Implement and main quality control procedures to meet customer specifications
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of manufacturing management, preferably in food industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles and lean manufacturing techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems
**Work Location**: On-Site
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
