Kasa Supply Ltd., is a trusted supplier of Plumbing, HVAC, Waterworks, and Building materials across Canada. We are looking for a motivated Inside Counter Sales Representative to join our Surrey team and help support our growing customer base. This is a full-time (40 hours weekly) position, with a starting date as soon as possible.
**Position Overview**
As an Inside Counter Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our
customers, providing expert advice, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless sales
experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer relationships and supporting our sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product selection and order processing at the sales counter
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and
building materials
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring product displays are up to date
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Support outside sales representatives by identifying potential leads and opportunities
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, counter sales, or a related customer
service role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and building materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
