**We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative in Stone Industry to join our team at Patra Stone Work in Cloverdale / Surrey.**

**Location**: 18485 53 Ave Unit 106, Surrey, BC V3S 7A4

**About Us**: Since 1999, Patra Stone Works Ltd has specialized in manufacturing and installing natural and quartz surface countertops. We create natural stone surfaces that blend the beauty of the stone with the design of your space, we take great pride in our workmanship and strive to offer the best customer service and quality products

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing quotes, and closing sales. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the stone industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide accurate quotes and close sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
