Evolution Wheel is an innovative company that manufactures tires for the heavy construction industry. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to be part of a fast growing young company and take pleasure in seeing how their contributions directly benefit growth. The successful individual will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing strategies and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Marketing Manager to develop digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Design and create landing pages with content tailored to specific marketing campaign strategies and SEO keyword objectives
- Plan SEO keyword marketing campaigns, review, analyze and update as needed
- Review competitors online digital presence and identify opportunities to increase Evolution Wheel's competitiveness on an ongoing basis
- Build copy and content for landing pages and digital marketing initiatives
- Manage and organize Evolution Wheel's lead generation program
- Create heat maps of organic customer leads to be used for social media campaigns
- Manage the companies digital marketing ad spend budget on social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn and AdRoll.
- Communicate with customers through the company’s social media platforms
- Design and create graphic content in Photoshop to be used for social media campaigns and landing pages
- Work with our current customers to generate product testimonials including video, some travel required.
- Create short clip videos for social media campaigns and longer videos for use on the company’s website.
- Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, provide suggestions for improvement to management where needed based on results and best marketing practices
- Work extensively with Hubspot, Facebook and Google Ad Words
- Provide weekly updates on performance and performance relative to objectives

**Requirements**:

- A certificate or degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads and related
- Experience with A/B split testing and variation experiments
- Video content collection and editing skills
- Able to talk to and work with the company’s customers in a professional manner
- Keen interest in the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Highly motivated individual who is goal oriented and able to work towards targets
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and attract
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages and user funnels

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
