**Job Duties**:Using the systems, tools and established protocols developed by IntegrateIT, Digital Marketing Specialists are responsible for the following duties:

- Assisting with developing and implementing a successful marketing/digital marketing strategy
- Assisting with the preparation of project/ marketing initiative launches
- Reviewing marketing materials, suggesting improvements, and implementing them
- Researching and keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Organizing and overseeing the flow of various marketing events
- Assisting with creating specific digital marketing resources targeted to help businesses

- Engaged and work cooperatively as a part of an interdisciplinary team
- Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Adept at interpersonal and written communication skills
- Capable of managing sensitive information and value client confidentiality
- Observant and pay attention to detail
- Familiar with online platforms and presentation software (Zoom, MS, Teams, etc.)
- Dependable and have access to reliable transportation

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Be between the ages of 17 and 30 (inclusive)
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status (Work permits and student visas are **INELIGIBLE**)
- Be a high school graduate considering pursuing post-secondary education **OR** A recent graduate from a post-secondary institution **OR **currently attending a post-secondary institution (**Meet any one condition**)
