**The Opportunity**

**The Team**

The role will report directly to the Manager, Digital Products & Marketing and will be an integral member of the Digital Marketing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Ongoing maintenance and content authoring of the corporate website using our enterprise CMS (Optimizely/Episerver)
- Work with relevant teams to conduct market research and persona development to inform and drive digital strategies
- Collaborate with brand marketing, sales, IT and division / business unit leaders to plan and implement engaging online experiences that drive business results
- Working closely with the Manager, Digital Products & Marketing to implement customer journeys in order to drive marketing qualified leads (MQL) from owned web properties
- Analyze, measure and surface key insights from engagement metrics and analytics to drive digital funnel optimization
- Assist with and work collaboratively with any and all digital marketing vendors, ad agencies, media agencies and content production partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree, advanced degree
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing content development. Preference given to B2B organization experience, AgTech, manufacturing, heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Experience managing the design, implementation and maintenance of website, web content and digital initiatives using a content management system, in large organizations with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Presentation skills and ability to evangelize digital technology to other teams in the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong grounding in digital / technology marketing approaches.
- Must be comfortable working in fast paced, fluid and dynamic growth organizations.
- Must be a sincere collaborator who can ‘team’ across functions and regions in pursuit of company business goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management, teamwork, and collaborative skills, highly motivated and results driven.
- Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- CMS authoring skills (Optimizely/Episerver experience a plus)
- Google analytics, Datorama, databox, or relevant analytics experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
