Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to drive organic traffic. In addition, manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to generate leads.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to engage with tenants and clients and promote properties and investment opportunities.
- **Online Presence: Manage each divisions online presence including website optimization, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.**:
- **Digital Marketing Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to improve the company’s online presence and performance.**:
- **Track conversions**: implement accountability process so that all lead conversions can be tracked and monitored to make sure dollars spent have the highest return.
- **Reporting: Provide regular reports on conversion rates from digital campaigns and social media engagement metrics. on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.**
**Skills**
- Bachelors Degree or certificate in Marketing, Digital Media Design or a related field.
- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.**:
- Expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Provable growth in followers, lead traffic and conversions
- Ability to create engaging written and visual content.
- Analytics skills for measuring campaign performance.
- Creative mind to always have out of the box ideas to generate leads
