Craft concise, eye-catching, and engaging social media posts that resonate with our audience and support our brand and marketing goals.
- Spend a significant amount of time in the woodshops capturing content, showcasing our craftsmanship, and bringing our brand stories to life.
- Report directly to the Brand Manager, who will analyze and monitor key performance metrics, including engagement, followers, and website traffic, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team, who is responsible for customer communication and customer service.
- Visit our three wood shops and occasionally job sites during installation and delivery to capture content and understand the brand’s products and processes.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on social media best practices.
- Utilize Instagram features such as hashtags, geotags, and stories to increase content reach.
- Analyze and monitor key performance metrics, including engagement, followers, and website traffic.
- Take on additional duties and special projects as needed.

- Passion for social media and staying current with trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- High proficiency in using Content Management Systems and social media platforms for business purposes.
- Capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously, while adapting to different brand tones, audiences, and objectives.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, including visits to wood shops and job sites.

**Work Experience and Education**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.04-$30.00 per hour
