**Social Media Content Creator - Hybrid Role**

We are seeking a **Social Media Content Creator** to join our team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Barrie, Ontario, with flexible remote work opportunities, offering a unique chance to merge creativity with the evolving world of mortgages and real estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, produce, and manage engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and graphics, tailored to our brand voice.
- Collaborate with agents to create feature sheets, social media ads, and promotional materials.
- **Photography & Videography**:

- Handle headshots and video shoots for marketing campaigns using professional-grade cameras (Panasonic GH5, S5ii, Nikon Z6III).
- Edit content using **DaVinci Resolve** and **Adobe Creative Cloud** tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

**Social Media Strategy**:

- Plan, schedule, and execute posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor trends and audience engagement to refine content strategies.

**Real Estate & Mortgage Focus**:

- Research market trends and incorporate insights into creative work.

**Team Support**:

- Assist the brokerage and agents in maintaining a professional online presence.
- Provide creative direction and execution for internal and external marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience & Creativity**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media content creation, photography, and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and DaVinci Resolve.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Skilled in using professional cameras and editing software.
- Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with mortgage and real estate industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate industry insights into engaging and informative content.

**Soft Skills**:

- Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
