Social Media Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, X and YouTube.
- Create and post engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the daily 7-day/week posting schedule, ensuring that all content goes live at optimal times for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube), this includes weekends. Make adjustments based on audience activity and analytics data.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new trends in digital marketing and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all sponsor-related content is posted as per agreements. This includes meeting deadlines for sponsored posts, stories, and videos, and tagging partners appropriately.
- Analyze performance metrics using SEO tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, or Canva for social media posts.
- Proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience with social media: Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, X and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of advertising principles and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) for graphic design tasks.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with strong problem solving skills.
