We have an immediate opening for a Service Representative at our Barrie location. This job is a great fit for someone who excels in problem solving and is passionate towards helping people, and who professionally communicates with customers in a way that builds comfort and confidence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information to customers by verifying and understanding of the request; answering questions and offering assistance.
- Determine service needs by discussing and troubleshooting problems with customers.
- Initiate service by recording requests; open and update service tickets and call notes in management tracking system
- Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Proactively follow up with customers, e.g., to check on the status of a repair.
- Liaise with technicians for customer diagnosis and/or parts inquiries.
- Liaise with suppliers to give status updates, obtain various authorizations, etc.
- Schedule customer appointments and ensure each technician has a fully booked route every day and provide technicians with scheduling assistance as required.
