Here at Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC, we take caring for our customers very seriously. We believe that the best way we can show our customers our appreciation, is by how we take care of their automotive needs. We are looking for a focused, results driven, highly motivated individual to join our Customer Care Center.

Our Customer Care Center is open from 7am
- 6pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8am-1pm on Saturdays. Customer Care Representatives work 8-hour shifts, and occasional Saturday shifts as required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Providing an exceptional level of care and professionalism for our customers
- Answering incoming calls for customer service and general inquiries
- Maintain a neat and organized area and presents a proper image to public according to dress code guidelines.
- Process customer transactions and provide available information.
- Aide in closing work orders.
- Other duties assigned by the management team
