Royal Graphics Ltd. is hiring customer service/estimator representatives. The goal of this role is to understand and cost customer requirements, provide estimates, generate work orders for production, and act as the conduit between our customers, Royal Sales Representatives, and in-house production related departments. If you have solid personal values, a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team, we have an immediate opening.

Essential functions and job skills include:

- Receive customer orders to estimate from sales and understand the requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy of all completed quotations and dockets.
- Confirm the order details from the customer purchase order and generate an order for the requirements.
- Generate purchase orders for all materials needed for the customer purchase order.
- Send materials orders to the suppliers and update the purchase order if changes are needed.
- Support the customer if order changes are needed.
- Track progress of customers’ orders and all materials and continue communication with the customer on their order status.
- Act as a bridge between various departments of Royal Graphics to ensure the customers’ requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Work strongly in a team oriented fast paced environment.
- Continue to maintain ongoing product & process training.
- Communicate customer feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records for customer information, dockets, orders & materials. Attach any back up documents to the records.

The following education & skills are essential:

- Completion of OSSD or equivalent.
- English language; verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution.
- Ample computer skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to multi-task within a busy customer focused environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Pay: $40,000 - $65,000
