We are looking for a new receptionist to join our organization in our new office in Windsor’s historic Walker Power Building. This is a role for a positive, outgoing, people person with superior customer service skills who puts our clients first**. This role requires no previous insurance** **related experience** **- we will train you** If you have positive energy, an eagerness to learn and adapt well to change, this is the opportunity for you

**What you’ll do**

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Prepare front desk with open door in morning.
  • Provide first point of contact /customer service/support.
  • Scan documents; receive, sort and prepare/distribute mail, courier packages and e-documents.
  • Performs various basic, entry level duties in Broker Management System (BMS).
  • Order supplies for the office as required.
  • Process payments on portal/cash/credit card and electronic transfers; posts all payments daily.
  • Provide scheduling support to upper management as required.

**What you’ll need**

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Willingness to work in a fast pacedfast-paced environment and open to change
  • Completion of high school, is required
  • Computer Skills - MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) an asset
  • Organizing, planning and multi-tasking skills
